Meraki Decoration provides a 36 months warranty for our furniture products, 36 months warranty for our light fitting products against manufacturer's defects. Any damage caused by improper use or care of product is the responsibility of the user. Warranty does not include complimentary bulbs or replacement for normal wear and tear. Please refer to the individual product manual for recommended usage and care that may be included during delivery.
Our standard lead time is 2-4 weeks(Lighting)/5-7 weeks(Furniture) from receipt of payment. Some specific items are in stock. Please email us for more accurate delivery lead time.
Goods sold are non-exchangeable and non-refundable. We don't accept refunds or exchanges for change-of-mind or damages caused by third parties. All goods will be checked and inspected upon delivery of goods to ensure acceptance in good condition.Meraki Decoration will replace at no charge any products bought from us that have a defect due to the manufacturing process within the warranty period.
